Eyecatch Cel

In a lot of animes there is usually a commercial break about mid way through the episode depending on the length of the episode.  To demarcate these breaks sometimes a quick animation will play, these are usually used over and over throughout the season.  In some shows like Sailor Moon there is an animation when they go to commercial and an animation when they get back.  In other shows like Fullmetal Alchemist there is a picture/art/cel that flashes and they are different every episode.
